• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in EMEA payroll and tax compliance.
• Experience leading internal risk reviews in payroll compliance.
• Proven expertise in payroll compliance and tax consulting.
• Experience leading payroll tax audits and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to build frameworks and documentation from scratch in evolving environments.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll and HR systems (Workday, ADP Global View).

• Design and implement EMEA-wide payroll compliance frameworks with country depth and regional consistency.
• Monitor regional payroll compliance and regulatory updates; communicate impact and update policies.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with labor, tax and other laws.
• Reflect operational reality across countries, entities, and delivery models in frameworks.
• Develop country-level payroll compliance white papers covering statutory requirements.
• Translate regulatory changes into country-specific operational guidance and improvements.
• Provide input to payroll system development, implementation and automation.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies as appropriate.
• Partner with HR Technology, Product, and Legal to enhance payroll systems for compliance.
• Manage audits, compliance reviews and regulatory inquiries regionally.
