Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. seeks a senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits - EMEA to lead payroll and benefits across 13+ countries. You will govern payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency with a regional team of professionals.

Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors to standardize processes and support a consolidated global payroll platform rollout. In-office 4 days/week in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll and/or benefits across multiple EMEA countries.
• Ability to govern payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with system implementations and payroll transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across 13+ EMEA countries.
• Maintain payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll, tax, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance on payroll accounting, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
• Establish and monitor payroll KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.
• Drive standardization and efficiency across regional payroll activities.
