Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an EMEA Payroll Associate to join our payroll team in London. You will manage payrolls for multiple countries across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate has experience with EMEA payrolls, excellent numeracy and written communication skills, strong organisational ability, good Excel skills and works well in a team under tight deadlines.

Job Overview

Working within the EMEA payroll team you will be responsible for running payrolls for various countries across the EMEA region.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Working within a team being responsible for timely and accurate delivery of EMEA payrolls.


• Prepare and submit monthly payroll instructions to the outsourced payroll provider


• Monthly reconciliation and approval of payroll output reports


• Provie quality customer service to employees and stakeholders across all payroll matters
