Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst - EMEA to deliver accurate UK payroll services, maintain remuneration data, and support year-end processes including P11D and P60 submissions. You will also administer benefits and pension programs.

You will collaborate with a globalPayroll team, handle HMRC documentation, and support multiple regions within EMEA. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
  • Good UK payroll legislation knowledge.
  • Experience producing monthly reports.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience handling large data volumes.
  • Desirable: ADP Streamline/IHCM/Workday CIPP.
  • EMEA country experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing, including PAYE and statutory elements.
  • Maintain and update employee data, including benefits and P11Ds.
  • Triage pay queries from colleagues and external agencies ( HMRC, etc.).
  • Collate data from Workday and ensure accurate processing by payroll vendor.
  • Deal with complex payroll queries.
  • Identify payment or data errors and correct them.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations.
  • Provide updates on P45s, P60s and related documents.
