Job summary

WSP is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials EMEA Lead to drive enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across Fusion Financials in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will be the primary regional SME, ensuring the platform is used effectively, processes are streamlined, and enhancements deliver measurable efficiency and control benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
• 4–6 years hands‑on with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Regional lead/continuous improvement experience in EMEA Fusion Financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritise the backlog of Fusion Financials enhancements across EMEA.
• Identify and drive process improvements within Finance processes.
• Act as the regional liaison for stakeholders on enhancements and optimisation.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy enhancements aligned with the global template.
• Monitor data quality, controls, and benefits tracking.
