Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials EMEA Lead to drive enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across Fusion Financials in the EMEA region. You will act as the regional SME, ensuring the platform is used effectively and that changes align with global design principles.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 4-6 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Responsibilities

Lead backlog and prioritise Fusion Financials enhancements across EMEA.
Identify, analyse, and drive process improvements within Finance processes supported by Fusion Financials.
Act as the primary EMEA point of contact for Finance, Controllership, Shared Services, Tax, and IT stakeholders on Fusion Financials enhancements.
Design, configure, test, and deliver enhancements aligned with global template while addressing local statutory requirements.
Manage regional change control, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
