Qualifications

• 5+ years of media campaign management experience.
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns from planning through delivery and analysis.
• Hands-on with programmatic DSPs, private marketplace deals, and direct buys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel paid media campaigns with local stakeholders and agencies.
• Optimize campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, contextual targeting, and ABM channels.
• Advise partners on tactics, channel mix, and audience segmentation for business goals.
• Manage end-to-end programmatic display execution across DSPs, private deals, and direct buys.
• Launch and manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube with measurable objectives.
• Support automation projects to improve efficiency and scalability across the media function.
• Create quarterly testing plans and contribute to an annual paid media roadmap.
• Interpret dashboards and deliver real-time reporting with actionable insights.
