Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Responsibilities
Drive a sustainable EMEA marketing function by enabling sound financial decision-making.
Execute complex analytics to deliver business results. Ensure sound quarterly forecasts and minimal FvA variances.
Build and scale new analytical capabilities from dashboards to AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with Marketing, aligning with the champion-challenger framework. Manage multi-million dollar product area budgets, advising on resource allocation for maximum impact.
Drive a culture of performance via sound KPIs, and ambitious yet achievable goals.
