Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in the UK is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to shape how customers and employees experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. You will translate technical packaging innovations and sustainability progress into clear, credible communications.

Working with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies, you will deliver integrated campaigns for product launches, drive customer engagement, enable sales growth, and measure outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
B2B marketing experience in packaging, foodservice, or industrial sectors.
Experience delivering integrated multichannel campaigns with external agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, digital marketing, analytical, and event coordination capabilities.
Fluent English; German/French/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan covering product launches, campaigns and events.
Translate complex packaging technologies and sustainability progress into compelling content.
Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through execution across multiple channels.
Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and drive ROI improvements.
Coordinate trade shows and industry events and prepare promotional materials.
Create sales enablement tools and support local Sales teams with messaging.
Manage digital channels and AI-enabled content creation workflows.
