As the Marketplace Merchandiser for Berghaus & Endura, you are the voice of the consumer in the region and the connector between product and market. You'll manage and deliver the creation of consumer-right assortments and influence price positioning across Berghaus & Endura key markets in EMEA-optimising for growth, profitability, and brand equity.
You’ll gather, distil and action market insights, sales feedback, and data analytics to influence global range direction, drive best-in-class regional assortments; and ensure Berghaus & Endura shows up in the right places, at the right time, at the right price, for the right planet.
You will build collaborative relationships with your Sales counterparts that are critical for delivering the needs of your region. This role is pivotal to realising Berghaus & Endura global strategy within the region-helping to protect and grow our brands in EMEA.
