Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of investment banking experience in Business Services, Industrials or related advisory role.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A, sponsor sell-sides and buy-sides, and equity capital markets transactions.
• Support deal origination, structuring, and execution with senior bankers and clients.
• Prepare and review financial models, presentations, and materials for the valuation committee.
