Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Manchester to improve supply chain performance, data visibility and efficiency across engineering and manufacturing programmes.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimise planning, forecasting and material availability. A degree in a relevant discipline and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and systems skills.
• Excellent Excel and SAP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain performance data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement while supporting production schedules and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting on supplier performance, inventory levels, lead times and overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams to support demand planning, forecasting and material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP reporting accuracy.
