Job summary

Finastra in London is seeking a License Compliance lead to protect intellectual property, ensure licensing adherence, and minimize revenue leakage across EMEA. You will collaborate with sales, finance, legal and engineering, reporting to the Global Licensing Director.

The role focuses on end-to-end compliance management, negotiating resolutions, building strong relationships with EMEA sales teams, and forecasting compliance revenue while supporting customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Legal focus preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in a License Compliance role is essential.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of EMEA compliance efforts, including data collection and analysis of usage data and contract terms.
• Negotiate compliance resolutions to protect Finastra IP and deliver positive outcomes for customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMEA sales teams across all business units.
• Forecast ongoing EMEA compliance revenue.
• Report to the Global Licensing Director, James Grant.
