Job summary

BlackLine seeks an experienced Learning Business Partner to act as the embedded L&D presence for the EMEA region. This role localises, launches, and delivers global programmes, partnering with leaders and HRBPs while avoiding global strategy development or measurement frameworks.

The ideal candidate blends strong facilitation with stakeholder influence, embraces AI-enabled learning, and travels up to 20% to support regional delivery and events across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Ed/Business or related field
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Experience localising global programmes for regional audiences
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication

Responsibilities

• Be the L&D face to EMEA and translate regional needs to central hub
• Localise and deliver globally designed programmes for EMEA audiences
• Own regional onboarding and leadership development delivery
• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions across markets
• Model AI-first ways of working and use AI tools daily
• Coordinate regional delivery logistics with facilitators and vendors
