Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks an Analyst/Associate to join the Europe, Middle East & Africa LDCM Transaction Coordination Group. You will manage the deal lifecycle from origination to loan closing and monitor the hold position, ensuring KYC compliance and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with LDCM deal teams, lead the KYC process, coordinate funding and closing, review legal documentation, and contribute to efficiency projects and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
• Understanding of Leveraged Finance, KYC, AFC and banking regulations beneficial
• Excellent written and oral communication, ability to multi-task under deadlines
• Reliable team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• French, German, Italian or other European languages considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Live transaction lifecycle management for senior loan facilities and high yield bonds
• Lead and coordinate the KYC process, funding and closing with internal approvals
• Manage the LDCM portfolio hold position from booking to termination/refinancing
• Contribute to ad-hoc LDCM projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Coordinate and produce reporting deliverables for regulatory bodies
• Help develop controls and efficiency within the team
