Job summary

Funko, Inc. in Coventry is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage day-to-day activity for Key Accounts in the EMEA region. You will drive cash collection, manage aged debt and ensure alignment with internal credit policies.

You will support the Credit Control Team Leader, assist with ledger queries, and participate in SOX compliance while strengthening client relationships and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced Credit Control team, ideally within an FMCG growth business.
• Target driven mentality and a proactive approach to cash collection and debt management.
• Can-do attitude, open to change and new ways/approaches of working.
• Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced IT skills including Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management for Key Accounts in the EMEA region.
• Drive proactive cash collection and reduce aged debt.
• Issue and reconcile customer statements and invoices as required.
• Resolve invoice queries with internal teams and customers.
• Allocate payments daily and ensure SOX compliance.
• Support reconciliation work and audit requirements.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Services and other departments to drive best practice.
• Cover for colleagues during absences and contribute to process improvements.
