Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment seeks a Director of Distribution to drive revenue across EMEA for its IP on linear and digital platforms. The role reports to the Head of Distribution, based in London, and will lead deal negotiation, account management, and regional strategy with broadcasters, SVOD/AVOD partners.

The candidate will bring 5–7 years in distribution or sales, strong TV/digital media knowledge, and a well-established EMEA network, especially in UK&I, DACH, France and SW Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a distribution or sales role.
• Strong knowledge of TV and digital media in EMEA.
• Established network in UK&I, DACH, France, SW Europe.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French a plus.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, negotiate, and close distribution deals with linear and digital partners.
• Nurture and expand partnerships with broadcasters, telcos, and platforms.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to maximize revenues.
• Monitor market trends and inform sales strategies with data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize deal implementation.
• Represent Moonbug at industry events to raise brand profile.
• Work with Head of Distribution on product-packaging strategies for Moonbug IPs.
