Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to drive a market-leading pipeline of wine concepts across the EMEA region. The role blends ideation, design, manufacture and commercialization to fuel the company’s growth strategy.

This 6-month fixed-term contract, 4-days-per-week position is based in the UK with hybrid options from Bristol or Weybridge. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver ambitious projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand management and at least 2 years in a commercial-led function.
• Experience in consumer goods and cross-industry exposure; innovation exposure is a plus.
• Strong project management discipline with business case adherence.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of a long-term innovation engine from concept to commercialisation.
• Promote the EMEA innovation pipeline and enable cross-functional accountability.
• Support strategy execution and KPI setting for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Lead / contribute to project commercialisation with distributors and partners.
• Collaborate with supply chain to establish production methods with co-manufacturers.
• Report progress and learnings to inform portfolio decisions.
