Job summary

IFM Investors seeks an Associate Director, Product Development and Structuring (EMEA) to grow IFM’s global platform with innovative infrastructure equity and debt solutions. You will design, structure and deliver client-centric funds and SMAs, leading initiatives within budget and timelines.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across the business to manage regulatory, tax and operational considerations, ensuring governance and product policies are aligned with IFM’s strategy and client

Qualifications

10 years’ experience in product structuring within asset management or related fields.
Deep knowledge of debt instruments and financing solutions relevant to infrastructure/private assets.
Experience structuring private asset products including SMA formats and debt-focused vehicles.
Strong client and internal stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of European/UK/US regulatory frameworks and product governance.

Responsibilities

Design, delivery and management of client-centric funds, partnerships and solutions.
Lead, own and drive design and delivery of product initiatives within timescales and budget.
Promote and enhance product launch governance and policies.
Provide product technical support on regulations, tax, vehicle structures and disclosures.
Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve barriers and drive global initiatives.
