Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for the EMEA region to partner with senior leaders on HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning. The role focuses on driving performance, change management, and analytics within a technology environment.

You will lead across London operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and build strong relationships with executives to optimize organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 9–13 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in an HRBP role at a tech company.
• Proven experience in handling complex HR cases and partnering with leadership.
• Fluent in English.
