Job summary

ERM is seeking a proactive HR Project Manager to join the EMEA HR team on a 12-month secondment. You will lead and coordinate regional HR projects across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR colleagues, business leaders and stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities include scoping, planning, governance, and reporting for projects such as engagement actions, language for new legislative requirements, and technology implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing projects from scoping and planning through to implementation and closure.
• Experience in HR, people, organisational change or transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, prioritisation, governance and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects and priorities within agreed timescales.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across countries and functions within a matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with focus on the wider project objective.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with risk identification and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects from scoping and planning through to implementation, handover and closure.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, governance and measures of success.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, resources and communications.
• Coordinate activity across leaders, HRBPs, COEs, HR Operations and other teams.
• Provide clear project updates, presentations and recommendations for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify insights, risks and opportunities; escalate concerns and propose solutions.
• Assess impacts of proposed changes on people, processes, data and technology.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption activities.
• Monitor progress, outcomes and benefits; take action to keep delivery on track.
• Engage with relevant parties to ensure compliance with local legislation including data privacy.
• Capture lessons learned to ensure smooth transition to business as usual.
