Job summary

Aon is seeking a strategic leader to head Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA. You will shape the analytics proposition, lead client engagements, and drive growth across multiple geographies, balancing innovation with practical delivery of risk insights.

You will oversee development of analytics tools, mentor a regional team and collaborate with leaders across risk consulting and broking to enhance client outcomes. This hybrid role offers global exposure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, or risk consulting within a professional services environment.
• Proven track record leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into business value.
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and ability to influence senior executives and clients.
• Numerate degree; postgraduate qualification or professional designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development by articulating the value of analytics capabilities to clients and tender teams.
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools, including Analyzer and Diagnostics.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas (climate, cyber, AI, supply chain) and establish standard analytics methodologies across the region.
• Provide thought leadership, deliver risk insights, and enable better client decisions across EMEA.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-geography team of risk financing and analytics professionals.
• Develop and deliver growth, investment, and profitability strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
