Job summary

Aon is seeking a strategic Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for the EMEA region to shape the analytics and risk financing agenda across multinational clients. You will lead client engagements, drive growth and deploy cutting-edge tools to quantify and finance risk exposures.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting within a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing analytics initiatives and translate technical solutions into commercial value.
• Demonstrated success mentoring and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and influencing skills with senior executives and clients.
• Degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualification or professional designation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development through major client pursuits and tenders by articulating the value of analytics capabilities.
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and solutions.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas including climate, cyber, AI and supply chain exposures.
• Establish standard approaches, tools and methodologies for analytics delivery across the region.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to help clients make better business decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a regional team of risk financing and analytics professionals across geographies.
