Job summary

State Street Investment Management in London seeks an EMEA Senior Business Strategy Analyst to shape growth opportunities, support annual planning, and provide data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with regional teams, work with Markets Intelligence & Analytics, and deliver concise presentations. 5–7 years in asset management or financial services with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in asset management or related financial services.
Experience as a strategy analyst at a large asset management firm or top-tier consulting.
Experience supporting business planning, strategy projects, or market analysis.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to create senior-level slides.

Responsibilities

Support development of EMEA strategic initiatives with analytical input on growth, market entry, and business optimization.
Partner with regional business and distribution teams to contribute to annual planning, including product focus areas and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Markets Intelligence & Analytics to deliver accurate management reporting and actionable insights.
Analyze EMEA market trends, client behavior, and competitor positioning using internal and external data sources.
Develop data-driven insights and materials (presentations, briefings) for senior stakeholder decision-making.
