Job summary

State Street Corporation's MISI unit is hiring an EMEA Senior Business Strategy Analyst to help shape regional growth, market entry, and business optimization across asset classes. You will support the annual planning process and partner with regional distribution teams to align product focus with strategic goals.

You will work closely with Markets Intelligence & Analytics to deliver accurate management reporting, analyze trends, and develop data-driven materials for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in asset management or related financial services.
• Experience in a strategy or consulting role at a large firm.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-to-insight translation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of EMEA strategic initiatives, providing analytical input on growth opportunities, market entry, and business optimisation.
• Partner with regional business and distribution teams to contribute to the annual planning process, including product focus areas and tracking performance.
• Work closely with Markets Intelligence & Analytics teams to deliver and enhance management reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Analyse EMEA market trends, client behaviour, and competitor positioning using internal and external data sources.
• Develop data-driven insights and materials (presentations, briefings) to support senior stakeholder decision-making.
