The Growth Marketing Manager will drive growth strategy and execution within the Data + Analytics business unit, focusing on the Embedded Analytics pillar (Logi Symphony and Simba Intelligence).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute multi‑channel growth campaigns from concept to measurement.
- Build integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, webinars, digital, social, and in‑person events to drive sales‑qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Create and run lifecycle marketing programs that maximize user engagement, product adoption, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage third‑party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) and coordinate with stakeholders to maximize ROI.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics (MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, conversion rates).
- Analyze marketing metrics to uncover performance drivers and identify optimization opportunities.
- Iterate on campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and customer success to ensure alignment and top‑of‑funnel awareness.
- Collaborate with product marketing to align campaigns with product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Partner with digital marketing to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and conversion paths.
- Contribute to daily conversations on webinar, email, and other campaign execution and measurement.
- Program Management
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to keep marketing programs running smoothly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field).
- Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience using web analytics and BI tools for performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent‑based marketing, and multi‑touch attribution.
- Full‑funnel marketing experience managing the customer lifecycle from awareness to expansion.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects end‑to‑end.
- Proficiency with modern sales, marketing, and automation tools (Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Power BI, Pardot).
- Strong organizational skills managing concurrent campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.
- Availability for monthly meetings in the London HQ office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools and automation.
- Experience marketing embedded analytics, business intelligence, or data connectivity solutions.
- Knowledge of ISV ecosystems, regulated industries, and enterprise data governance.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Technical aptitude for complex data and analytics products.
- Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: £38,000.00 – £47,000.00 GBP per annum.
