Job summary

Principle HR in London is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead relationships with game developers and strategic partners across EMEA. You will shape partnership strategy, drive adoption of new features and maximise value from each collaboration.

This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance, a data‑driven approach, and the ability to grow complex partnerships in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management.
• Strong experience working with developers, gaming companies, digital platforms or technology partners.
• Good understanding of the gaming and internet ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with key game developers and gaming partners.
• Understand partners' strategies, products and growth goals to identify new opportunities.
• Help developers optimise their platform presence and drive adoption of new features.
• Act as the voice of developer partners internally, championing their needs and priorities.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design and Finance.
• Use data, performance metrics and gaming industry insights to guide partner strategy.
• Represent the business in strategic meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
