Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant lead in the Private Equity team to oversee end-to-end NAV delivery, including capital events, annual financials, and audit readiness. You will mentor a team, manage quarterly and annual financial statements under LUX/UK GAAP/IFRS, and drive process improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services accounting, PE fund experience, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work model with global benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent).
• 10+ years in accounting for financial services, esp. Private Equity/Asset Management.
• Supervisory experience with 3-4 years managing staff and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NAV delivery, including capital events and annual financials.
• Review and approve capital activity and ensure side letters and investor economics compliance.
• Implement internal controls and drive process improvements for audit readiness.
