Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks an FP&A Analyst to join the EMEA Finance team, supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting to help leaders understand performance. You will combine financial and operational data, identifying drivers and turning complex information into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

In this hands-on role, you will work with regional Finance teams, Operations and other departments, building scalable FP&A tools and contributing to decision making across a fast‑growing

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional finance qualification.
• At least two years post‑qualified FP&A, commercial finance or related experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with complex data.
• Advanced Excel skills with robust, auditable models and reporting.
• Experience in multi‑site or multi‑entity environments; data centres advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts and long‑term planning across EMEA.
• Challenge assumptions, reconcile inputs and identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Perform variance, trend, driver and scenario analysis and translate findings into recommendations.
• Produce performance analysis and support strategic initiatives with financial insight.
• Prepare consolidated reporting and ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders.
