Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the EMEA Financial Reporting function across a complex multi-country setup. The role focuses on statutory accounts, audit delivery, and balance sheet governance with a strong emphasis on controllership and transformation.

The successful candidate will partner with global finance teams, drive standardisation, and manage a team of 8 in a hybrid UK environment with offices in Bracknell, London and Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent).
• Strong financial reporting and controllership experience in a multi-entity, international environment.
• Proven ownership of statutory accounts, audit and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and IFRS, with exposure to multiple local GAAPs.
• Experience leading teams, ideally including managing managers.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or finance transformation (Oracle Fusion desirable).
• Track record of process improvement, automation or technology-driven change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA month-end, quarter-end and year-end close timetable with ownership of quality and deadlines.
• Deliver accurate entity and consolidated financial reporting across EMEA.
• Maintain balance sheet governance, reconciliations and timely issue resolution.
• Lead statutory audit activity and coordinate schedules with external auditors.
• Develop and coach the in-region team; build strong cross-border relationships.
• Drive Oracle Fusion design, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
