• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Platform; able to automate using Python/SQL/VBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to improve workflows.
• Build low-code/no-code solutions to address regional finance challenges.
• Act as a liaison between EMEA users and US teams, managing expectations and communication.
• Support financial close cycles and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Train regional users on new tools and processes.
