Job summary

Howden is seeking a Finance Manager for the EMEA division, based in Central London with about three days a week onsite. You will lead reporting, budgeting and financial analysis across multiple entities, while supporting acquisitions and governance initiatives.

You will partner with regional teams, drive process improvements, and coach junior staff to strengthen the finance community within a high-growth, global insurer.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in a large or international group.
• Experience delivering management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and complex financial projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly management accounts and performance insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and three-year planning.
• Lead statutory reporting, consolidation, and governance processes.
• Drive finance process improvements and SOX readiness.
• Coach and develop junior team members across the finance function.
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
