SLR Consulting UK is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join the Management Accounts team, supporting high-profile operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will drive high-quality financial reporting, analysis and control, with a focus on employment costs.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll and regional teams in a dynamic environment, lead a small team, and support acquisitions and integrations in a private equity-backed setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience analysing large and complex employment cost bases.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
