SLR Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join its Management Accounts team. The role focuses on employment cost reporting, financial reporting, and cross-border operations across EMEA, with leadership responsibilities and a mix of UK and international work.

You’ll report from Stoke with hybrid working and periodic travel to London. The role offers career progression within a private equity-backed environmental consultancy, with a broad scope and multi-entity

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills required.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Employment cost reporting and analysis across entities.
• Operating expenditure reporting and management commentary.
• Lease accounting and balance sheet control.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Support acquisitions and integration activities.
