Job summary

Career Moves Group is recruiting an experienced EMEA Event Manager for a leading global technology organisation. You will manage a portfolio of live and digital programmes for employees, customers, partners, press and analysts across the EMEA region.

You will lead events from planning through delivery, manage budgets, venue contracts and staffing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing activity. Occasional travel across EMEA is required.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in event management or related field.
• Experience managing complex corporate or B2B events.
• Strong end-to-end event planning and budget management.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead events from planning to delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Develop plans, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate venue, contracts, catering and staffing.
• Oversee registrations, event websites and production.
• Manage speakers, sponsors and suppliers.
• Ensure events meet objectives and brand standards.
• Analyze ROI and gather attendee feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing activities.
• Identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Travel across EMEA as needed.
