Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a motivated employment attorney to join the Legal Department as Corporate Counsel, EMEA Labour & Employment. This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor to Associate Success, business leaders, and stakeholders across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, handling a broad range of employment matters in a fast-paced, global technology company.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UK/France/Germany employment law experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience at an international law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination thereof.
• Experience advising employers on a broad range of employment law matters across UK, France, Germany, and Poland.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and data protection laws as they relate to the employment relationship (GDPR, UK GDPR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Legal Department contact for employment law matters across the EMEA region.
• Provide day-to-day advice to HR and business leaders on employment-related legal risks and compliance obligations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on employment agreements, offers, retention agreements, and related amendments.
• Advise on employee discipline, investigations, terminations, and related employee relations matters.
• Support workforce restructuring, redundancies, and other employment transformations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel to obtain local-law guidance across jurisdictions.
• Develop and deliver employment law training for professionals and managers.
• Monitor and advise on evolving employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and post-transaction employment matters, including TUPE-related issues.
