Job summary

Dojo seeks a skilled Employment Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. You will provide pragmatic employment law advice across the organisation, handling complex employee relations matters and cross-border issues in Europe.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft contracts and People Team policies, manage employment litigation with external counsel, and deliver training to the People team and other functions, supporting European expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in employment law across UK and Europe.
• Strong TUPE and Employment Tribunal knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into pragmatic business advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including ACAS and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Draft and review employment contracts and People Team policies and handbooks.
• Manage employment litigation matters with external counsel to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Lead and manage employment law projects delivering timely, business-focused advice.
• Provide training and guidance to the People Team and other teams on employment law and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to support European expansion.
