Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, EMEA Labour & Employment to join its Legal Department. You will advise HR and business leaders across the UK, France, Germany, and beyond on employment matters with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach.

The role requires UK/France/Germany qualified lawyers with 5+ years of employment law experience in multinational contexts. English fluency and strong cross-cultural communication are essential. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK, France, or Germany.
• Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience with international exposure.
• Experience advising across UK, France, Germany, and Poland.
• Knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR data protection in employment matters.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor on employment matters across the EMEA region.
• Counsel on compliance, employee relations, discipline, and performance management.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, letters, and covenants.
• Support restructurings including redundancies and consultations.
• Manage disputes with outside counsel and liaise with cross-functional teams.
