Job summary

Fieldguide seeks a Director of Financial Audit for EMEA to lead the region's audit voice and scale its platform across markets. You will align ISAs, IFRS, and local standards with AI-powered workflows and partner networks, ensuring regulator expectations are met.

You will own methodology localization, partnerships, and customer success sponsorship, coordinating with product, engineering and GTM to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent) with deep ISA/EMEA expertise.
• 8+ years of financial audit experience in public accounting or assurance.
• Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define the methodology content with partners (ISA, EU) to reflect standards.
• Build relationships with regulators and professional bodies.
• Lead demos and on-site engagements for EMEA opportunities.
