Job summary

Omnicom Media in London is seeking a Manager, Partnerships EMEA to join the regional partnerships team. You will report to the Associate Director and collaborate with regional and commercial teams across Omnicom agencies, driving reporting, data excellence, and digital diversification.

You will oversee monthly UK/EMEA reporting, manage partner relationships, and ensure accurate end-to-end reconciliation of digital bookings, while guiding junior colleagues and maintaining high data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills with ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical thinker with understanding of digital and data landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Experience in digital media and addressable media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly digital reporting in the UK and across the EMEA region, identifying and resolving discrepancies confidently.
• Oversee and maintain tracking documents for clients and digital partners in UK and EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and prompt issue resolution.
• Take ownership of end-to-end reconciliation with digital partners and internal finance teams to ensure timely billing for UK and EMEA.
• Oversee digital media bookings with agencies across the EMEA region, ensuring end-to-end process accuracy.
• Monitor digital performance across the EMEA region, preparing timely updates.
• Support the wider EMEA team in managing relationships with current and prospective partners.
• Oversee daily tasks of junior team members within the regional department, ensuring accurate completion and development.
