Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Newport, Wales is seeking a DC Site Manager to oversee safe operation of systems across multiple data centre facilities. You will lead Manager Chief Engineers and CFE teams, manage work orders, training, and contractor activity to deliver operational excellence 24x7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Electrically or mechanically qualified, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Critical Infrastructure/environments preferred.
• Experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple facilities to ensure safe, 24x7 operation.
• Oversee workload, training plans, event management and performance.
• Manage contracts and preventive maintenance across sites.
• Identify energy efficiency improvements and optimize plant rooms.
