Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a DC Site Manager to lead a team across multiple data centre facilities, ensuring safe operation of mechanical and electrical systems 24x7. You will oversee workflow, training plans, and performance management to uphold engineering standards and customer service across sites.

You will manage contracts, budgets, and energy-efficient initiatives while coaching Chief Engineers and CFEs, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; electrically or mechanically qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Critical Infrastructure environments strongly preferred.
• Experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision preferred.
• Ensure availability of tools and supplies for operation across sites.
• Organise admin functions for multi-site operations (work orders, budgets).
• Assist with operational and capital budget preparation.
• Plan, execute and close major projects across facilities.
• Oversee contractors working across sites.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and building automation systems.
