Job summary

PRS LTD in the UK seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers overseeing data centre electrical systems in the UK and Western Europe. You will drive safety rule authoring, reliability, and collaboration with Operations, Design, OEMs and customers.

You will manage an engineering team, ensure quality delivery, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to training development and SOP/EOP CAB processes. Travel to UK/Europe up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing electrical engineers and apprentices.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in mission-critical environments.
• Customer-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder handling.
• Experience with electrical safety rules and standards for data centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities across the UK and Western Europe (UK, NL, ES, FR).
• Develop and manage the electrical engineering team and workload.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery from stakeholders and teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement lessons learned for improvements.
• Develop training programs and CAB-compliant SOPs/EOPs.
• Serve as escalation point for electrical and control issues.
