EdgeConneX is seeking a technically deep, field-proven Commissioning Engineer (Cx SME) for the EMEA region within the Global Design & Engineering group. You will own commissioning scope, sequencing, readiness criteria, and test execution across a portfolio of campuses from design through IST and handover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline — required.
• Certifications: PMP strongly preferred; BCxA CCP or ACG CxA valued; CDCP or CDCDP preferred; NETA Level II or higher desired.

Responsabilités

• Own commissioning scope definition, sequencing strategy, and readiness criteria across the portfolio of assigned campuses, ensuring commissioning requirements are clearly defined and executed to standards.
• Serve as the primary commissioning technical interface between GD&E, site TPM/DM team, execution partner, Operations, vendors, and third-party commissioning agents.
• Hold the technical gate on commissioning readiness—validate that systems are installed, started, and handed over in a test-ready condition before each phase proceeds.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or closely related engineering discipline

PMP Certification strongly preferred

BCxA CCP or ACG CxA valued

CDCP or CDCDP preferred

NETA Level II or higher desired
