Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a subject matter expert in data analytics to grow the Data Analytics practice for the EMEA region. The Director will collaborate globally to support client needs and opportunities across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include leading concurrent projects, developing global offerings, and generating thought leadership in data analysis for regulatory and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive forensic accounting/forensics experience in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of anti-fraud, investigations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with data visualization, predictive modeling, ETL, data aggregation and dynamic reporting.
• Hands-on SQL Server expertise with advanced query building.
• Experience managing client expectations and project lifecycles.
• Experience creating project estimates, plans, proposals and retention agreements.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, ACL, VBA and/or Java.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple data analytics projects concurrently.
• Develop business offerings for data analytics and technology services globally.
• Create dashboards and data models to support client risk analysis.
• Present analytics capabilities to prospective clients and law firms.
• Support regional marketing and business development with analytics insights.
• Prepare project proposals including budgets and staffing.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery and risk mitigation across engagements.
