Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an Associate Director for Commercial Real Estate Loans in Central London. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European CRE investment and development loans with a focus on reporting, modeling, and deal execution.

The candidate should have 4–5 years of CRE loan experience and be proficient in MS Excel. A bonus and benefits package are included in the compensation.

• Reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
• Creating financial models, conditions subsequent, construction milestones and borrower reporting.
• Liaising with borrowers and their representatives to ensure timely reporting under finance documents.
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and lawyers on loan redemptions, amendments and waivers.
• Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
• Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders regarding drawdowns and lender splits.

Associate Director, Commercial Real Estate Loans, Central London

Upto £90,000 + bonus & benefits package

The Associate Director role will involve managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans.

• Reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.
• Creating financial models, conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.
• Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
• Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
• Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits as well as instructing valuations.

We are looking for someone who has circa 4 or 5 yrs of CRE loan experience and is confident with using MS Excel.
