Job summary

AllianceBernstein seeks an AVP/Corporate Communications Manager for EMEA. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Communications to deliver internal communications strategy across the EMEA region, balancing local, regional, and global messaging.

You will craft internal content, maintain a consistent voice, and collaborate with regional leaders to elevate regional stories on global channels. This role requires strong writing, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4-7 years of related experience.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft a broad range of communications materials.
• Experience communicating to a broad employee population.
• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including intranet software, Pardot, and Slack.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be a flexible, proactive, creative problem-solver and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Communications as the key internal comms resource for the EMEA region.
• Amplify firm-level messaging throughout EMEA and elevate regional stories on global channels.
• Manage cross-departmental communications projects with internal stakeholders.
• Support firm-wide and local Town Hall events, coordinating logistics and Q&A.
• Support internal channels including intranet, digital signage, and newsletters.
