Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join the Contract Management team. Based in Cambridge or Madrid, this hybrid role will support the full sales contract lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams to meet deadlines and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable working across EMEA time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or hands-on experience in commercial contracts management.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to support EMEA time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of contracts related to sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with contracting guidelines, policies and processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales and Legal teams for alignment.
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders with timely responses.
• Support Trade Compliance, Credit Check, bidding and prequalification activities.
• Facilitate contract signatures and archiving with proper metadata.
• Draft and edit NDAs, Termination Letters, Novation Letters, and related documents.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
