Location: Maidenhead (Initially office based – hybrid)

  1. Analyzes and communicates compensation programs, including compensation survey administration, salary administration, job analysis, documentation and evaluation, market pricing, data management (HRIS), and ad-hoc duties as required.
  2. Works in collaboration with client groups across EMEA to review employee compensation and associated elements, such as base salaries, target compensation, and job evaluations.
  3. Coordinates the administration, data collection, and submission for participation in global compensation surveys.
  4. Assists in the preparation of presentations to communicate key insights and trends.
  5. Requires experience with Workday or similar systems.
  6. Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and utilizing multiple data sources.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years HR experience in a medium to large organization (or equivalent), with exposure to EMEA compensation analysis and administration.
  • Experience or exposure to EMEA benefits administration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills applicable to surveys, year-end compensation processes, market pricing, and management recommendations.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
