Energy Jobline CVL is representing an international interiors business seeking a Commercial Manager to drive pre-construction and project delivery across Europe. The role focuses on tender/support, budgets, procurement strategies and strong financial oversight across multiple markets.

The candidate will oversee commercial performance, subcontracts, variations and change control while maintaining client and supplier relationships. Hybrid working available, travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar in interiors or design & build.
• Experience across pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Sound understanding of commercial contracts and procurement practices.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support tender and bid submissions and review terms.
• Develop budgets, cost plans and procurement strategies.
• Manage commercial performance through project delivery.
• Oversee subcontract procurement, variations and change control.
• Monitor costs, cash flow and forecasting; prepare valuations and final accounts.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and maximise profitability.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
